Unlike other companies, we do not charge or have a Service Call fee.
The Fixed Labour Service Service is our one-off, fixed labour fee for an oven repair.
The Fixed Labour Service (also referred to as the Fixed Labour Charge, Fixed Labour Rate or Fixed Labour Fee) for oven repairs provides security to the customer by eliminating the cost confusion when making a repair booking.
The labour is charged as a one-off fixed amount, regardless of how long the repair may take. This allows customers to budget accordingly with no hidden surprises.
The Fixed Labour Rate may vary according to the time and day of booking and type of oven (e.g. gas or electric).
The Fixed Labour rate is only payable once. You do not pay it again if we have to return with a part to complete the oven repair. Additionally, the Fixed Labour Rate does not include the cost of part(s), and is valid for one appliance only. Please refer to FAQs and pricing page for further information or feel free to contact us should you have any queries.
We accept payment by credit card(Amex, Mastercard or Visa) or cash.

Our Fixed Labour charge is our minimum charge. The Fixed Labour rate varies according to day and time of oven repair booking and type of oven requiring repair. The Fixed Labour Rate charge is applicable for all oven repairs.

Making a booking is easy and simple. There are 3 available options for our customers:
1) User our online booking system. Simply fill-out the required details on our booking page and we will endeavour to return your enquiry as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise advised by a DBHL Service representative, the minimum charge (Fixed Labour Rate) is payable when our techician first visits the customer’s premise and diagnoses or repairs the oven.
Parts and materials are not included in the Fixed Labour Service. In addition, fault repairs downstream or upstream form the appliance itself, are not included in the Fixed Labour Service and are subject to additional charges.
No. Parts and Materials are not part of the Fixed Labour Service and will be charged as additional items.
The Fixed Labour Rate varies depending on the time and day of the booking made and the type of oven (e.g electric or gas). If we have to return on another day to complete the repair of the oven, the Fixed Labour Rate remains the same – provided that it is a similar timeframe/day as the original appointment.
The Fixed Labour rate is only payable once. You do not pay it again if we have to return with a part to complete the oven repair. Please feel free to contact us should you have any queries.
